Compression Technology Inc (CTI) is a truly locally owned and operated natural gas engine & compressor maintenance company. Incorporated in 2000, CTI celebrates 20 years of growth and service in 2020. From a one man, one truck operation to a leading maintenance company in the industry.

CTI’s owner, Mr. Gord Humphrey, participates in all aspects of CTI’s day to day operations with an acute interest in the service sector of the business. Mr. Humphrey has 30+ years of technical experience in the natural gas engine and compressor maintenance industry. He is known for his mechanical diagnostic and troubleshooting ability and has now come “full circle” within the industry, using this knowledge base for project management. Mr. Humphrey is a hands-on mentor to all service employees with his vast technical knowledge base.
CTI has one of the largest modern fleets of field service trucks and support vehicles serving the Fort St. John and Edson areas. Each truck is fully equipped with the required tooling to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. We employ a variety of experienced Journeyman Technicians both in Fort St. John and the Edson area to provide consistent, exemplary service to our clientele.
CTI believes in building the future through its employees. With sponsorship in the ITA apprenticeship program CTI is continuing to growth both the company and its technicians.
